Shipping & returns
All US shipping addresses are passed through an address check. In the event that our carrier charges us for an incorrect address or to correct an address, Carolina Flavors Online reserves the right to charge your credit card for the fee.
Shipping occurs within 48 hours of order receipt in most cases. Your order will be shipped once your credit card is approved and your shipping address is verified.
Carolina Flavors Online will ship your order by FedEx or US Postal Service, depending on your item and location. Shipping charges are based on a combination of weight and package size. These charges are passed on to you. Depending on your order, you may receive multiple shipments.
Carolina Flavors Online offers you two choices for non-perishable shipping: FedEx Ground and US Postal Service Priority Mail.
Please note that US Postal Service deliveries cannot be tracked. Also note that FedEx Ground cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Customers shipping to a P.O. Box address must receive shipment via US Postal Service only.
APO or FPO addresses are sent via US Postal Service. We cannot guarantee arrival.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be delivered via FedEx for confirmed delivery.
We make every effort to process and ship packages to arrive in a timely fashion. However we cannot be responsible for delays or problems caused by inclement weather or disasters, whether manmade or natural.
Returns and exchanges
Carolina Flavors Online is dedicated to packing and shipping your order so that it arrives in perfect condition. When your order arrives, unpack and inspect it immediately. Retain original packing material.
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly packed merchandise, let us know immediately by calling (919) 782-9430. If your order is incorrect, is missing items or has defective items, we will send replacement product at no cost to you. Defective items must be returned for exchange within 3 days. Your delight with the Carolina Flavors Online experience is our top priority. We want you to be as passionate about the products we sell as we are. If you are unhappy, let us know. If you decide that an item does not work for you, you may return it within 3 days. Items must be returned in salable condition. Carolina Flavors Online will not accept returns of food or personal care products that have been opened or resealed. To receive a returns authorization, please phone (919) 782-9430 or email: orders@carolinaflavors.com and indicate Returns Authorization Request in the Message line. Shipping costs for returns for credit are at the customer's expense. Returned product must be shipped in its original packaging. Shipping charges on the original order are not refunded. Perishable items cannot be returned.
Sales tax
CarolinaFlavorsOnline.com charges sales tax on the total purchase price for sales in North Carolina at a general rate of 6.75% (7% in Mecklenburg County). Food items sold in North Carolina are taxed at 2%.
International orders
Currently Carolina Flavors Online is not able to ship orders outside of the US.
